We have endeavoured to make shopping for clothes on this website as simple and enjoyable as possible, but appreciate there may be some areas that need explanation - and that is the purpose of this page.

Confirmation of order

When you have finished placing your order, we will review it and send you an email confirming details of the order, telling you when you can expect delivery of the items you purchased.

Payment

You may choose to pay for your order with a credit/debit card or by cheque. Please make any cheques payable to Montreux Marketing Ltd and send to Montreux Marketing Ltd, The Old Shoe Factory, Bardolph Street East, Leicester, LE4 6EG.

If paying by credit/debit card, you are required to enter details of your credit/debit card. However, we have chosen to use the specialist internet payment processing service Paypal, to ensure that this sensitive information is handled securely on your behalf. We are not passed any information about your credit/debit card - this is handled entirely by Paypal for your protection and privacy.

Delivery

One of our uppermost aims is to offer high quality garments at competitive prices. With that in mind, we do make a postage charge of £4.95 for the first item to be delivered in the UK and £1.00 for all subsequent items within one delivery. For other countries in the European Union (EU), our delivery charge is £8.95 for the first item and £2 for subsequent items to be delivered together. If you live outside the EU, and wish to make a purchase, please contact us via the email address help@pagopago.co.uk and we will consider how best to fulfil your request.

Returns promise

We are confident that the outstanding design and manufacture of our garments, along with the accuracy of information on this website, will combine to ensure your satisfaction with the items you have purchased from us. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the garments to us - observing the following simple conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Please enclose a copy of the invoice with your reason for return clearly written on it.
  • Please use recorded or registered post when returning items to us, and retain your proof of postage - we cannot credit items not received back into our warehouse.
  • Any item returned should be in the same unworn condition as originally supplied.
