One of the things we find most annoying when buying women's clothes is the inconsistency of sizes from one shop to another - or even from one garment to another in the same shop. At pago pago™, we avoid this problem by providing clear and accurate information about the key dimensions of garments within our own sizing range. Alongside each garment in our on-line catalogue, you will see a table of measurements, in which the key statistics of the garment are set out - in centimetres and inches (displayed as cms/inches - for example 116/45.5). Although we work exclusively in centimetres, we have calculated the inches equivalent to the nearest half-inch for the convenience of those customers who still "think" in inches. The sizing information varies according to the type of garment and is designed to ensure optimum fit and comfort without being over-complicated. We offer sizes 0, 1, 2, 3 & 4 - as a very rough guide, they compare with traditional shop sizes as follows
In the diagrams below, we explain the sizes that are provided for each type of clothing and what they mean. Please bear in mind that some garments, jackets for example, are generally worn over other garments, so a larger size may be required.
